While the evidence supporting many interactions with psilocybin is limited, it is growing rapidly. Some interactions have stronger and better-quality evidence than others. When the risk of a medication’s use with psilocybin appears more likely and/or serious, we estimate the overall interaction risk to be “moderate”, “moderate to high” or “high”. Any “low” or “low to moderate” risk estimate indicates no interactions are identified or expected; or interactions are not considered serious; or they are potentially serious but uncommon/rare.
